WHO THIS BOOK IS FOR

For the woman who knows something is changing.

You may have built a full life, cared for others, met expectations and done all the things you thought you were supposed to do.

And yet, somewhere underneath it all, a quieter question has begun to surface:

What about me now?

You feel restless, even though your life looks fine from the outside.

The roles that once defined you no longer feel like the whole story.

You want something more, but you are not yet sure what that looks like.

You are ready to reconnect with yourself without blowing up your entire life.

You are not lost. You may simply be ready for a new chapter.

WHAT THIS BOOK IS ABOUT

A journey through change, identity and what comes next.

Not Done Yet explores the questions that often emerge when familiar roles begin to shift and the life you have built no longer feels like the whole story.

It is an invitation to pause, listen and begin finding your way back to yourself.

01

Breaking

Recognising what has changed, what no longer fits and what you may be ready to release.
02

Rising

Reconnecting with your own voice, needs and sense of possibility beneath years of expectation and responsibility.
03

Reinvention

Exploring what you want now and beginning to imagine a life that feels more aligned with who you have become.

This is not a book about becoming someone new. It is about returning to the woman who has been there all along.

WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK

Because too many women quietly wonder if this is all there is.

For years, Ingrid listened to women describe the same quiet restlessness in different ways.

Their lives looked full. They had cared for families, built careers, supported others and carried enormous responsibility. Yet many had begun to feel disconnected from themselves and uncertain about what came next.

Not Done Yet grew from those conversations - and from Ingrid’s own journey of questioning, change and reinvention.

It is the book she wanted women to have when the old answers no longer fit.

A reminder that change does not mean you have failed. It may mean you are ready to come home to yourself.

READER REFLECTIONS

Words from women who saw themselves in the pages.

“This book gave language to feelings I had carried quietly for years. I finished it feeling understood, hopeful and ready to listen to myself again.”

Hi I just read your book and wanted to say congratulations! As a 62 year old who has also been through quite a lot of trauma in my life so far, I could relate to your story in many ways. It was heartfelt and raw. I felt quite emotional reading it . It was such an honest story and I loved it . Thank you xx.

Donna K.

I’ve just finished reading your book.  Wow, it’s going to take time to digest and I will most certainly be reading it again...

WHEN YOU’RE READY

Your next chapter does not need to begin with all the answers.

Sometimes it begins with one honest question, one quiet realisation, or one page that helps you see yourself differently.

Not Done Yet is an invitation to pause, reconnect and remember that there is still more ahead.

You are not finished.
You are simply not done yet.
