Not Done Yet

A three-day residential retreat for women.

It tends to arrive quietly. The house is still, the list is finally done, and a thought you have been outrunning for months catches up with you...

Is this it?

If you have felt that, you are not lost and you are not behind. You are a woman who has carried a great deal for a long time, and you are starting to wonder what the next part is for.

This retreat is for exactly that wondering.

For three days, in a quiet space with nowhere to be and no one to hold together, you get to put it all down and breathe out. To stop performing, stop managing, and take some rare, precious time to hear yourself think again.

The Group

There will be four to six of us. No more. Small enough that no one slips to the back of the room, and that the days can shape themselves around the women who are actually here, rather than a script written before we met.

The Rhythm

The retreat follows a loose rhythm rather than a fixed timetable, moving through three movements across the three days.

Day 1:  Breaking

We make space to name what has shifted, without rushing to tidy it away.

Day 2:  Rising

Something steadier begins to return. Clarity. Courage. Your own voice, under the noise.

Day 3:  Reinvention

Not a brand-new you, but a truer one, and a clearer sense of what you want the years ahead to hold.

What it is, and what it isn't

This is not a course you complete or a problem you arrive to solve. It is time held with real care, in good company, so you can recalibrate away from the everyday noise. You will not leave with a rigid plan tied up in a bow. You will leave lighter, clearer, and far better company for yourself.

You are not fading. You are not finished. You are simply not done yet.
